Own My Bliss LLC is committed to ethical community service and giving back is an important part of our guiding principle. as a community service initiative, we periodically offer select educational lectures, live demonstrations and group functions on a pro bono basis for schools, nonprofits, wellness groups, recovery programs, community organizations, and professional development events.

our presentations are designed to educate, inspire, and encourage personal growth.  presented in a relaxed, yet professional, educational, and interactive format, our lecture/ demos are tailored to your audience and may include guided relaxation exercises, mindfulness techniques and introductory hypnosis experiences intended for education as opposed to entertainment.
